Over the past 13 years, Guadalupe Valencia has focused his practice on representing people accused in both Federal & State offenses. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, NACDL. He focuses primarily on complex & high profile cases involving very serious crimes. Over the years he has represented many of the highest profile figures extradited from Mexico in cases involving organized crime. Most recently he was involved in a RICO trial in New York. His client was acquitted of a “cold case” murder involving DNA evidence.
